We have experienced designers who will be happy to produce effective and eye-catching artwork for you. If you would prefer to supply your own designs we will supply you with artwork specifications. Please follow these guidelines;
SOFTWARE We advise that artwork is generated only in the following design programs; Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark Xpress and Acrobat, Keyboard Graphics cannot accept responsibility for any unwanted results from artwork originally generated in any other package. This is especially true of ‘office’ programs such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, etc regardless of what options are available for final saving.
Artwork should be saved in PDF or EPS format. TIFFs or JPEGs can also be accepted but we don't recommend this if text or line drawings are included in the design. Alternatively a Mac generated open application file can be supplied. Please remember to include all fonts and images required. Please flatten all transparencies.

BLEED All artwork must include a 5mm bleed on all sides.
RESOLUTION All non-vector artwork should be supplied at a minimum of 300DPI at quarter size or 75dpi at full size. Any artwork supplied lower than 300DPI will be pixelated.
COLOUR Unless specified printing is full colour and should be created and saved in CMYK process, Keyboard Graphics cannot take responsibility for any unexpected results experienced from artwork supplied in non-CMYK colours.
TYPE All fonts used should be embedded (PDF’s) or converted to outlines (EPS, Illustrator) or supplied with the artwork.
